SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Southwest Ohio Psychiatry, you agree to receive non-marketing healthcare administrative and patient-service text messages from our practice.

Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling communications, billing or account notifications, office updates, acknowledgements and responses to incoming patient messages, and other administrative communications related to services provided by Southwest Ohio Psychiatry.

Consent is optional. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of receiving healthcare services from Southwest Ohio Psychiatry.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further SMS/text messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

Resubscribing

If you previously opted out and would like to receive SMS/text messages again, reply START or contact Southwest Ohio Psychiatry at 937-912-5155 to provide consent to resume text messaging.
