Every new patient begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to better understand your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, and treatment goals. Based on your evaluation, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy recommendations, lifestyle strategies, or advanced treatments when clinically appropriate. If treatments such as Spravato® (esketamine), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), or IV ketamine therapy are recommended, we'll review those options with you during your evaluation.
